A 4-PART LIVE WORKSHOP SERIES
Understanding Contact. Evaluating Access. Creating Healthier Connection.

Trying to figure out if you're overreacting — or finally seeing clearly?

Are You Replaying the Same Conversation?

You keep going back and forth on the same relationship. One week it feels manageable, the next week it doesn't, and you're tired

of re-deciding the same thing on repeat.

You're not sure if the calm you're feeling is healing — or avoidance. Part of learning to trust yourself again is learning to tell the

difference.

You want a plan, not just permission. Not a verdict on who's right or wrong — a clear way to decide how much contact, access,

and closeness actually makes sense for you.

A Different Way to Think About Contact

The Contact Continuum™ offers a framework for understanding that contact does not have to be an all-or-nothing decision.

There are different levels of contact.

There are different levels of access.

And your needs may change over time.

This Workshop May Be For You If…
  • You're considering no contact or low contact with someone.

  • You're already low contact but aren't sure whether your current approach is working.

  • You feel guilty whenever you create distance.

  • You keep questioning whether you’re "the problem."

  • You struggle to determine how much access someone should have to you.

  • You're grieving a relationship that has changed.

  • You want a framework — not someone else telling you what decision to make.

A Different Way to Think About Contact

You don't have to know what level of contact you want before you begin.

That's part of the work.

Meet Your Facilitator

Christen J. Yassin, LCSW-C

THERAPIST · AUTHOR · CREATOR OF THE CONTACT CONTINUUM™

Christen developed The Contact Continuum out of her clinical work with clients navigating difficult, complicated, and changing relationships.

With nearly two decades of clinical experience, she created the framework to provide a structured, compassionate way to  evaluate contact, access, and connection—without reducing every difficult relationship to a simple question of whether to stay or leave.

The goal isn't to tell you what to do.

The goal is to help you understand your options and make intentional decisions about connection.
